I think it's possible for LSU to get the top 15 players in LA for 2024

We have a bunch of OV coming up and we are in the mix for all of the top guys in the state.

Louisiana has a lot of those lost in the woods type of athletes too. Like Patrick Queen. There's NFL talent that's never really identified as high school athletes.

Les had a 16-16 offered/signed one year but not sure on the rankings that particular year. We lose a guy straight up here and there but many times there are guys in the top 15 we just don't want. Many times the top 15, like this year for instance, isn't really that strong on the surface.

I agree. This isn't the year for 15-15 in LA. Probably never, but maybe next year it would make more sense...

Yes next year strong class but 4 are RBs, we not going to take 4 RBs, they’re all good but probably two of them we get the other 2 are good enough to play anywhere, only one football. These top backs look at roster as much as anything

I'm sure they trying hard to get him. At the end of the day the young man makes the decision. Some kids just like to leave and get out of state.

I haven't seen anything to suggest he is set on leaving the state.

What’s the story with Dominick McKinley? Of the top players in Louisiana, but he doesn’t seem to have LSU on his radar.

You want kids that want to be here. Kelly is going to do really good here, you want players that want to be a part of it. For some, Louisiana is the land of opportunity, they get the opportunity, they leave.
If folks, LSU Fans, high school kids can’t see what Kelly has done during his first year, they hadn’t been watching.
Let’s see how we finish, I do like the direction we are heading.
