Trey Murphy is good at basketball.

Perhaps it’s because I feel like we’ve been waiting for this type of player since the Baron Davis days but he’s my favorite player on this team.

Watching some Trey highlights and just saw a nice play design that takes advantage of teams not guarding Herb. Herb went from one corner to the other and his man didn’t follow him. Trey was already in this corner so Herb gets in front of Trey’s man and blocks him when BI kicks the ball to Trey in the corner for 3. Seriously, where was this kind of stuff a month ago?

Clippers kinda our bitch

could end up being a pretty huge sweep for us to get out of the play-in and into the 6-seed if we keep winning

2 of their last 3 games are very lose-able (vs. Lakers, @ Suns)

Watching that clip... it's like the main defender on Trey (who jumps to try to steal the skip pass) has no clue Herb's there and has already boxed him out of the play

It was beautfil. The offense knew Kawhi(I think it was Kawhi) wouldn't follow Herb so he could stay on the same side of the court as BI to help out.

We talk a lot about the Zion to Trey connection and having their minutes together, but BI has been doing a great job these past 5-10 games of consistently finding Trey for open 3s.

As much credit as BI gets which is deserved, this team rides or dies with Trey. He has grown so much in two seasons. It’s absurd how good he can be.

That up and under reverse layup Trey had was beautiful as frick. Had to screen record that, Trey has no ceiling. Klay could never put the ball on the floor like that

His dad lit a fire under his arse before that last Clippers matchup.

We can all thank Papa Trigga for saving the season. Even if Trey gives the game balls to Momma Trigga.

Yea, he's showing some elite touch around the basket at his position. We've seen flashes of it last season but he's really showing some consistency this season. With some additional strength and a continued improvement on his handles, his ceiling is pretty insane for an older prospect.
