Imagine being the mavs trading all those assets for a 2 month rental and will miss the play in

Mavs traded for Kyrie and got worse
Twolves traded for gobert and got worse

Two cautionary tales of teams pushing their chips in on the wrong hand.

All that for a two month rental just to not make the play-in, have Kyrie leave, and have Luka demand a trade. Speak it into existence

Like you said though, we daw saw BI go off before and not be able to maintain, so let's hope he's gone next level for good.

When BI gets hurt, it takes him a long time to get back into rhythm. A long, long, long time.

But when he does, the performance level just goes up and up.

if BI keeps playmaking like this. He’s a top 12 player in the league

Playing at an MVP level for sure right now.

Lots of people worried about Kyrie doing crazy off-court stuff and sabotaging Dallas, but I don't know that anyone expected Dallas to get worse on the court with Kyrie.

I'm so glad.

I expected dallas to get worse. They traded all their defense

Dallas lost their defenders and some of this blame is on Luka.

You know who’s playing pretty well while he’s healthy this year? Porzingas

Yeah I'm pretty sure Ingram became Kevin Durant tonight. Never seen BI seek out the ball and stuff it down the other team's throat like he did tonight. That was a superstar realizing who he is and letting the world know. We've never had that here, all our other stars went entire 4th quarters without taking a shot

I'm really happy with how JV shook off a terrible first half to really dominate in the 2nd. He really stepped up.

I can remember the threads from two years that argued that BI "wasn't clutch and never would be," and we should dump him.

The thing about Jonas is that even when he sucks he’s not mentally weak.

The only game I feel bad about is the season finale in Minnesota. I feel sure that we will beat the Knicks, and the others depend on whether or not the Kings and Grizzlies have their playoff slot secure and rest players.

If they don't rest anyone, we finish 2-2. If we get some help from opponents resting stars, then we finish 3-1.

Trust me, if BI has a bad fourth quarter next game and we lose, those people and those takes will be back.

Great win! Pels took haymakers from Kawhi and played steady down the stretch. A nice little break before the final 4 stretch. Win 3 of 4 and Pels are likely out of the play-in.
