If 25ish percent of you school is that, there's no amount of money are phenomenal teaching that can overcome it. You're basically dealing with feral people being 1 in 4 or your students. Hopeless.

I would say the threshold might he closer to 10%.
The subtle difference being that there are places in the nation where you may have 10% black and most of them are the kids of professional blacks(which is SLIGHTLY better).
When you start reaching higher concentrations than that, it's nearly always because you have a substantial portion of ghetto culture and there's just no overcoming that.

we live in Madison AL. probably one of the best school districts in one of the most conservative states. wouldn't dream of putting my 3 year old in state school. nor our incoming pre-birth 7 month old. I'm utterly blessed for this to even be an option (in terms of single income) and to have a wife who agrees and is willing to do most of the legwork with homeschooling..

Good thing is that local taxpayers, with or without kids in the schools, have the right to fight this evil, since they are taxpayers. We need some old school retired baws to get up into the school boards and set shite straight. Start doing better on hiring school leadership...any that utters "equity" as a need needs to be run out of town. They’re not. It’s illegal under FERPA. Every parent should be threatening to sue their school district for any data from their child that is being stored anywhere other than their district.
