Out of curiosity, here are all the minority coordinators. I have bolded the ones I would interview.

Pep Hamilton - OC Texans
Eric Bieniemy - OC Chiefs
Byron Leftwich - OC Bucs

Leslie Frazier - DC Bills
Joe Woods - DC Browns
Teryl Austin - DC Steelers
Ejiro Evero - DC Broncos
Patrick Graham - DC Raiders
Renaldo Hill - DC Chargers
Alan Williams - DC Bears
Aaron Glenn - DC Lions
Al Holcomb - DC Panthers
Kris Richard - Co-DC Saints
Kacy Rodgers - Co-DC Bucs
Larry Foote - Co-DC Bucs
Vance Joseph - DC Cardinals
Raheem Morris - DC Rams
Demeco Ryans - DC 49ers
Clint Hurtt - DC Seahawks

Looks like the Bucs don’t care for diversity on their staff…..

Kindly remove any defensive coach from that list

I would hire Mike Zimmer. Always the bridesmaid behind Green Bay in the NFC North, but a good coach. Pair him with an offensive guy like Matt Nagy or some up and coming OC.

He was a guy that CSP respected and his teams were disciplined and played hard. Pretty much the opposite of Allen as he’s a proven winner.

We should have pulled the trigger on Doug Pederson last year. Locker room culture would be much better at least.

Agree but I’m not sure picks us over Jacksonville. Jameis/ Andy vs chance to mold Lawrence and all their very young defensive talent.

Wouldn’t mind Reich if he was younger. He too old for a rebuild. Don’t want a defensive head coach. If you find a great OC, they leave immediately and have to be replaced.

Dorsey was a national champion two time heisman finalist qb at a big time program known for his football IQ surrounded by some of the wildest personalities football has ever seen. Currently in a good organization coaching one of the top qb’s in football. I would roll with him if he wants the job.

Why do people like Byron Leftwich so much? I haven’t been impressed by their offense this year, but people will blame injuries. I am genuinely asking.

I want an offensive minded HC. Period. Not sure why the Saints didn’t
go back to hiring another successful OC as HC. Especially QB guru. Dorsey is definitely someone I would consider.

The defense was championship level the last couple years. Thought that them back healthy could get them over the hump and with the FA additions. Instead the injury bug but again and the defense regressed because CGJ was truly our catalyst.

What's sad and pathetic is the BUCS will be looking at that list before the saints

Justin Herbert have developed fine under defensive coaches.

I don't think he has opened up yet actually. I think if he gets a Sean Payton type coach, he is going to explode with the weapons he has around him.

Bienemy? Does he not get any love?
The Leftwhcih thing could be very interesting in that I have heard he is going to be able to create an incredible staff around him. I also know he is very popular with the players across the league. It is possible they would levitate to him.
I ever thought of him as a smart qb but I do believe he at least has some control over the offense in Tampa. It is not just Brady.

There's a reason this dude hasn't been a HC despite the interviewing he's done. For one, how much of that offense is actually his doing? And two, how is he in interviews? Both of those things might be raising some red flags causing some to pump the breaks on him.

If he can surround himself with quality assistants I think Leftwich wouldn't be a bad candidate. I do question how much he actually did with Bruce Arians and Tom Brady around. Now that he's missing one half of that equation the Bucs have regressed.
