After yet another slow start to the game and falling behind early, Matt House makes the adjustments needed to slow down Tennessee’s attack. Heupel gets impatient in the second half and the Tigers cause two turnovers to swing the game.

Daniels gets back on track with over 200 passing yards and our rushing offense continues to improve to the tune of three touchdowns.

Tigers win 31-24. Let’s Geaux!

We're gonna need more than 200 passing yards.

Why? What if we also control the game on the ground and Daniels has 300 yards total offense?

I think they are in the top 6 teams in the SEC. You could argue that makes them a legit top 20 program

Wish I could share your optimism. Tennessee had a week off last week. The Vols will be rested and ready to go.

We said prior to season JDaniels' legs won't cut an SEC season. He's already injured them. Our season is greatly hinged on this.

Just depends on how big of a lead Tennessee opens up with. If they go up by 3 scores it's game over. They have a better defense and much better offense then Auburn.

The QB play has to be better from the start.

Tenn. does not have a better D than Auburn.
But their Offense is light- years better.

We definitely need to get our short to intermediate passing game going with no more WR drops, the ball out from JD after the 2nd read option, use Bech or the RB as a safety outlet, and improve drastically on our 3rd down conversion percentage. I am not worried about our defense as long as the tackling version is ready to go.

I love your optimism but I hate that we're back to hoping for +200 yards passing.

Especially against the 95th ranked defense in the country.
