Sir, I believe you missed my point! We didn’t have time to wait, and like it or not some of us were there with a job and mission to complete. So, again, unless you were there, keep your bleeding vagina comments to the political board!

You're missing the point completely.

And people wonder why people in other countries hate Americans. Could you imagine some douche from another country doing that here? All for access to some natural resources and occupying an area that hasn't been occupiable in the history or man. If this is the only exposure they get to "real" Americans it is no wonder why people hate America.

STFU. I was not in the military, but I couldn't imagine being in a place where you never know when someone is trying to attack you are looking for the opportunity to take out American soldiers. You have to be the aggressor and not give them an opportunity.

Someone needs to IED your wheelchair. A pack of Black Cats or a couple of M80s should do the trick.

It was impossible for them to maneuver and one of them crushed a car with a local chief in it. Most money we shelled out for a wrongful death

Why is it always a “local chief”? It’s like everyone is a freaking chief in the ME...at least they are after they get shot in crossfire or ran over.

Pretty much how I drive around New Orleans these days. I don't stop for many red lights once it gets dark, just pause and go.

I don’t blame soldiers for doing what they need to do to survive but we had absolutely no business being in Iraq in the first place. Just a bill of goods sold by scumbag politicians.

Which is why a lot of those guys had much worse PTSD than the previous wars (sans Nam). I can remember my squad leader speaking about how when they got back from over there how tense he would be just driving around town in the US. He said it took him a while to stop white knuckling every time he got in his Jeep.

Will never, ever forget for the rest of my life the first drive I took on an American interstate when I got back. Very surreal experience.

each flechette was coated in an anti-coagulating substance. So basically, if we were struck by some and had typically non-life threatening injuries, we would bleed out.

wouldn't tight bandages still prevent you from bleeding out even if ur blood didn't clot up as well?

he didn't say he doesn't understand why they did it. he said its pretty obvious why they hated us. I'd be pretty pissed if i was following normal traffic rules and someone from a foreign country just pushed me out of the way with no fricks given for myself or my vehicle
