Not doing it because we have a baby due this month and i couldn’t make this happen. Glad I wasn’t planning on it though, he already has heavy KB exercises (which I don’t own heavy KBs) and a Glute ham raise. And I don’t own a GHD either.

I’ll be back for Squatober 2022.

This beat my hands up last December from holding onto all of those tempo deadlifts.

Day 1 was tough. i had to modify the GHDs. Glad he added some core work into this one

Day 2 was easier, butt and hammies sore from yesterday. I completed both of these in a45 minutes. was taking 75 minutes for squatober

Busted up my ankle a couple days before the start, it's finally starting to feel better, so I'm pushing the start to January. I bought the damn shirt, I gotta do the month.

First time doing this program and halfway through and just dont feel this programming is as difficult as squatober or some of the other pen and paper workouts. Feels more basic strength. The squatober had so much extra reps built in from the warmup through the cardio.

Two weeks left. Nice heavy load workout this AM Getting ready to pull a PR then going into a Jan/Feb primarily upper body focus.

I would love to do Deadcember this year but it typically requires more equipment than I own.

Day 1 done. Keep in mind I'm weak lol..
Did 225x3 on the last rep and I thought wall squats were the most painful

Day 2 for me tomw
