Our $100 million coach:
10 year contract -
1st year salary - $9 million + $500K longevity bonus payable each July
10th year salary - $10 million + the $500K longevity bonus
Incentives -
$500K for being bowl eligible
$250K added to each year's salary following the 1st SEC Championship
$500K added to each year's salary following his 1st National Championship
There are other incentives in his contract, but those are the most lucrative.

Buyout terms -
If we fire him without cause, we owe him 90% of the remaining years and money on the contract.
If he wins a National Championship here and we fire him without cause, we owe him 100% of his remaining salary.
If he chooses to leave LSU on his own (as long as Woodward is the AD) (taking another job) he would owe LSU -
$4 mill in year 1
$3 mill in year 2
$2 mill in any year after .... as long as Woodward is AD.

I may or may not have moved my daily self review training to the time of the press conference so I can be “out” at work. I work from home so the boss will see me doing that while I actually have the TV on
