9 wins minimum.
I'm sick of complacency and complacent fans.
9 wins first year
10+ and NY6 second year
11+ and playoff birth third year.
If playoff isn't achieved by year 4 get the frick out.

Say what you will about O, one of the things he corrected that had pissed me off for 15+ years was greatly reducing the pre snap penalties on offense.

I agree that nine wins should be the floor. We didn't go out to get a new coach to go eight and five. 8 and 5 in 2022 season puts him on the hot seat for the 2023 season.
The new coach should get 2 years minimum though unless he just completely bombs in season 1

Coach O won it all in his third year and he's out the door. I wouldn't expect anything less out of the new coach.
