If you agree with Pascal and like his work, then by all means continue to support his work.
I think it’s a little unfair when it comes to things like Star Wars, projects like that are a very big collaborative effort with a lot of people involved.
A lot of people on this board support Bill Burr, the Mandalorian is Bill Burr’s work.
I haven’t heard anyone here actively not support him.

I get that. I'd assume a ton of the every day grunt work is performed by people that do not hold the progressive views espoused by the elite class of actors that are so loud mouthed about them. Such is life. Pascal's work is collaborative, and as such he should take care when he open's his pie hole since his words and actions could have consequences on innocent people. Instead, he bulldozes ahead anyway with no thought to what would happen to them if his words and actions turn people off. Again...why does he have no responsibility here, but viewers do?

I was a huge Bill Burr fan and listened to his podcast for years. Actually got to see him live right before things shut down back in January of 2020 in New Orleans. That said, Bill's act is just that. An act. He plays as much of a character as Larry the Cable Guy. He's not Archie Bunker. He's a lefty from Boston, who's married to a black woman with whom he has two kids. His take on race issues over the past 5+ years has gone off the deep end, and I actually stopped listening to him back last summer when he bluntly suggested that Trump was a racist and anyone who denied it was a racist too. This was him echoing Mia's talking points and I'd heard her enough on his podcast to recognize it. So, I had to bail. Again...I'm not going to pay someone to tell me they hate me. Presumably they will have an audience willing to do that.

Well yeah, that's why in an ideal world, we'd all just shut up and get along so we could all work together and support each other.
But that's not what the elites want is it?

SO what you are saying is that some projects are so big they should get more leeway?
As the OP, you may be right. In my OP I didn't say I would boycott...I said "It's going to be hard for me to watch Mandalorian"...It has me conflicted.
My hang up is the double standard to Gina Carano. I'm going to just see how things playout.
I just wished these studios would put in their contracts to stay away from political commentary while under contract.
