I think it’s a little unfair when it comes to things like Star Wars, projects like that are a very big collaborative effort with a lot of people involved.

A lot of people on this board support Bill Burr, the Mandalorian is Bill Burr’s work.

I haven’t heard anyone here actively not support him.

SO what you are saying is that some projects are so big they should get more leeway?

As the OP, you may be right. In my OP I didn't say I would boycott...I said "It's going to be hard for me to watch Mandalorian"...It has me conflicted.

My hang up is the double standard to Gina Carano. I'm going to just see how things playout.

I just wished these studios would put in their contracts to stay away from political commentary while under contract.

Do you think AR stands for “assault rifle?”

What do you expect go to a town in chaos and walk around with an assault rifle?

I find it interesting some like to trash KR for his gun or defending himself with it, but those same people don’t say, “maybe bashing someone in the head with a skateboard was a bad call. Especially the guy with a gun.”

How much of this thread is the discussion about the possible double standard between Pedro Pascal's actions and Gina Carano's, and how much of it is discussing their personal opinions on the Kyle Rittenhouse case?

Like folks saying “he killed child molesters and rapist” - how did he know that they were?

Are you sure he didn’t know. I mean they were rioters who were trying to attack him.

But in the greater scheme of things, this was a 17 year old child who decided to go down to this riot and chose to bring a weapon. If he was bringing it for “defense” then it calls into question his decision to go there. More than likely though, it was either for provocation/intimidation, to make a “political statement” or just make himself feel important.

She was obviously asking for it by wearing that short skirt to that bar. She was pretty much begging to be raped.

When you have one side analogizing "the Defendant" as a rape victim and the other side painting him as Patrick Bateman, I doubt we'll get a consensus.

But by all means, let's argue it out on the fricking Movie/TV Board.

All of this was established as false during the trial.

Disagree. I have an older single black lady neighbor without a car.

She ask me for rides regularly. I give them regularly. I also carry every time I go because her friends and family are in lower income areas of town. I bring a gun not to start shite, but in case shite comes my way.

Im not happy people are dead, no matter their past, but I am glad that KR was successfully able to claim self defense.

To make is MTV related, if Pedro’s security detail killed somebody that was deranged and attacked him based on his asinine statements, he’d claim self defense as well and his dumb arse knows it.

Sorry I'm not more hospitable to you guys who only visit the Movie/TV board when there's a political bitch thread.

You didn't post a word during the previous Mandalorian season threads, but I'll bet you'll be back here when the next season starts, your mini-boner raging as you make your grand proclamations about how you're not watching the show.

Yeah the actors in Hollywood are the same people who were the freaks in drama class in high school, people tend to forget that.
