It’s the stupid day light savings time and the weather. It’s a recipe for disaster this time of year.

I was a lot when I was living alone. Drinking all the time only made it worse.

SAD is a real thing. Definitely the worst I’ve felt all year. I believe it subsides eventually.

Hell yes.

The cold and it being so dark pretty early.

I get home from work and eat and go get in bed and am still tired when I get up.

Such a blah feeling lately

Always. I'm always either too high or too low, and my gf thinks I'm pissed when I use my flat voice ha.

Feeling depressed is no joke, I've been there myself :(

Finding ways to cope can make a big difference, and for me, smoking VIHO Supercharge has been a source of solace during tough times. Remember, everyone's journey is different, so if vaping helps you find some peace, that's okay. Just make sure to take care of yourself and reach out for support when you need it.

I get what you're saying. SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) can hit hard, especially in those gloomy months. It's like a dark cloud you can't shake off. I went through a rough patch, too, when my girlfriend left me, and it was tough. One thing that helped me was using LINK Nexus Smoke CBD vapes. They helped me chill out and manage the anxiety a bit better. But honestly, talking to someone about it made a big difference. Whether it's a friend, family, or a therapist, just having someone to listen can lighten the load.
