Who should be the next James Bond

With the recent news of Holland wanting to bond after Spider man (bad choice, IMO), who is on your list for the Next Bond?
Idris Elba - Love Elba in Luther, but he's too old. If you're trying to go younger, maybe someone who is more than 3 years younger than Craig would be a better idea.
Tom Holland - He just doesn't seem like a Bond to me. He's too baby-faced, and not intimidating.
Henry Cavill - Not a bad choice. He's a little too jacked for the character in my opinion, but it could work
Michael Fassbender - good choice
Theo James - Guy from divergent. I thought he did a decent job in divergent. Might not be a bad choice.
Tom Hardy - Hardy is best playing a gruff character with a cockney accent. Don't think he'd translate over well to a Bond.
Tom Holland (Loki)
Here's a list of potentials on IMDB

Hardy would just be a re-tread of Craig.
Edit: I’m not saying I would hate it, but it would probably not work to follow up Craig with an actor with the same physicality and demeanor.

How bout the other Tom H from the MCU?
After I watching The Night Manager, I think he might be able to pull it off.

Hardy has become a gruff characature of himself. And frankly, he's pretty awful in the Venom movies. I don't see Hardy as a "womanizing ladies man", but moreso, like you said, a gruff brooding character.

Meant to add him. He'd be a good pick. he doesn't have the physical stature that Craig did as bond, but neither did Brosnan or Moore. Come to think of it, outside of Connery's size, Craig was the outlier in terms of physicality for a Bond character.

Didn’t they kill James Bond in the last movie?….
I get the fact that they could just say the 007 designation can be anyone, but there is only one James Bond. That seemed like a finite ending for the character. Unless they are going planning on doing a reboot of the entire franchise, and rehashing the old stories.

Yes, but the very last end credit states, "James Bond will return"

Yeah, not sure how they are going to resurrect Bond. They kind of sent the character off in a nice neat package, which to me, really wasn't necessary.
They could just do like the older bond franchises, and pretend like the previous movies didn't exist.

The literary Bond is not really an imposing figure. Six foot tall and slim build, around 170 lbs.
I've also come around on Nicholas Hoult, he could be a good choice if they want to go younger. I've never heard his native English accent though.

Mark me down for Hiddleston. I'd love to see what he could do with the character.

19 on the IDMB list — Tom Ellis — he already plays a similar role as Lucifer.

I don't know who the best would be, but I want to see David Tennant as a Bond Villain.
Edit: I do think Dan Stevens from Downton Abbey has the look. I'm not sure if he can do the role though.

I've seen his confidence and arrogance, particularly the latter, from Loki

They could always make 'James Bond' a codename as well.
