I think I got facet joint syndrome. Can barely walk and look like a 90 year old person walking around all hunched. Anybody got any suggestions on where to go in the BR area or any other suggestions?

Thought I had this issue and then was told by a Dr. that it was actually my hips fricking everything up.

Went to a chiropractor and felt my hip joint crack for the first time ever.

Havent really had issues since.

On set of Arthur. Flare ups are a bitch.

Prednisone will have you ready to play basketball in 30 minutes, but you’ll eat the whole refrigerator.

I’m sure it’s nothing. I once thought I had mono for an entire year. Turns out I was just really bored.

Yeah, trying to figure out which one to go to. I'm sure I don't need to go to a general prac.

Try some flexeril and do exercises that strengthen your paraspinal muscles

I got some but I'm trying to hold off as much as possible without using it. I hate flexeril

I get the same thing right in the middle of my back from time to time, 3 days of pretty bad shots of pain that take my breath away.

Just got over it actually

flexeril

Been taking this since Friday morning. Not sure I’m any closer to getting off the sofa but I’ve caught up on all the sleep I’ve missed since birth.

Find a good chiropractor. Some physical therapy might help too. Even though the problem does not involve soft tissue it can be made worse by muscle spasms. If you have those a massage therapist can be a great help.
