Ultimately he's trying to establish a baseline disregard for the law. The laws don't apply to Kyle Rittenhouse. Drivers license, minor with a weapon, curfew. Minor offenses but Paint him as habitually disregarding the law leading up to killing 2 people. That's where he's headed but he can't go 5 seconds without stomping on his own dick.
