My brother's doctor actually advised him against the vaccine because of the chance of Bell's Palsy.
My brother has had Bell's twice. He still suffers some minor affects from the last bout 2 years ago. His left eye drooped closed for 6 months during that bout.
His doctor told him. Bell's doesn't always go away 100%. Told him point blank. "With your history of Bell's. I don't recommend risking it with the vaccine."
