OTC penny stocks - where to find the next lottery ticket

just wondering where you guys find these stocks and what makes you say buy this one and not that one?
most are just penny stocks and rarely if ever do they even hope to earn a profit, but for someone like me who knows very little and doesnt spend any time researching penny stocks, is there a good place to find lists of potential lottery tickets to buy into or is it literally throwing darts at the board and hoping to get lucky?
i have made a few dollars coming late to the party seeing posts here about your winners but i miss out on most of it and more often its done by the time i see a post about it

I got in on this one at around a $1.00 and it’s doubled in a month. They announced today they just purchased 833 million Shiba Inu Tokens. (I have no idea if that’s a lot anymore)

If you want to buy penny stocks then you could look for some in an industry with a legitimate narrative in their favor.
There are Uranium junior stocks that fall into that category such as:
Bannerman, Baselode, BHP, Boss, Deep Yellow, Fission, Forsys, Global Atomic, Goviex, Lotus, Peninsula, Vimy
Returns will vary from company to company but the industry should have a lot of growth in value over the next couple years

You can buy fractional shares in real companies.
OTC penny stocks are pure junk. If someone is dead set on buying a stock cause it is .00003/share and they can buy a ton, then they should just buy a bunch of scratchoff tickets.
