He’d be a beast of a recruiter and has a vision for a program. I can easily see him waking into Wiggins’ or Law’s dining room and 2 days later they’re committed to LSU

What he would be is based in speculation and not fact. I would like to see him maintain success more than 8 games before I gave him keys to the Lamborghini. If he had a few winning seasons and in playoff hunt I'd reconsider. He's out with me based on not enough skins on wall

Some keep saying this, but at some point doesn't that one game add up to all the others? I agree that you shouldn't dismiss someone just because of one loss though.
Like Kiffin today being reckless. Yes, they won on talent alone, but it didn't need to be that close. Liberty had a chance to pull within 6 at the end with an onside opportunity.

Michigan State average star rating for 2022 class us 87.
Cincinnati average star rating for 2022 class is 86.
Fickell is recruiting players to a non P5 team on par with what Mel is doing at a Big Ten team.
