Why would you want to return a mediocre team, we had some fat contracts for average players. Cutting the fat before before reshaping the product. Those players with the 3rd highest NIL from last year got a coach fired mid season. We need to keep our actual producing players which we have and the rest will fall in place.

If you’re expecting us to melt over 17 year olds that won’t see the field for 2 to 3 years, you came to the wrong place.

Why not have Blake learn from him so we don’t have to buyout his contract and he is an up and comer that is well liked too.

It’s over with now but he was very matter of fact with his comments over the weekend and could have really hurt LSU with players deciding to go pro, transfer portal, etc with complete speculation. I like Billy from his time here but that was uncalled for and I’m hoping the egg on his face will keep it from happening again.

Yall are missing my point. I’m saying turn it in so this doesn’t happen in the future with other schools. Next thing you know Roman Harper will go volunteer coach to get in the ear of a top recruit we have committed in Alabama etc. They are the ones that have access to their closest friends, family, and can get in their ear and can set them up with their biggest alumni (I.e. Brady). I could see this becoming a yearly thing at different schools.
