McAuliffe ups ante in new strategy, Virginia has too many white teachers.

Got some insight here, and he’s right. Problem is that’s the market place. If there were black teachers available, they would be hired on the spot; there are none qualified…..or even wanting the jobs….

Virginia seems pretty normal demographically but I haven't studied it.
I think if like the NFL...85% are black players...rhe owners, coaches and refs should be 85 black...
Just make it the BNFL while you're at it...
I'm cool with whatever black people demand as long as we don't have to be neighbors and I'm left alone by their fatherless children/teens.

Once he saw Fairfax VA was going to “Count” votes until Friday he realized the fix was in.

Black women are busy running for political positions of power...
Black men...?
Black male teachers would be awesome...
But.. men need to be respected...schools are not a good environment to test those waters

This guy could announce all white people in Virginia should be crucified in public LIVE on TV-as well as him eating a baby live on TV.

Going to be funny when they fire white teachers in black areas, and end up having inner city schools with 30-40 students in classes vs 15-20 in the burbs so that they can say look at our diversity!

Went back and thought about this again.
I suppose it is possible that 1/2 of the student makeup is in fact black.
If black women were having 2/3 or 3/4 or even 4/5 of the kids, that would make his statement accurate.

If they want black kids to have black teachers, they are going to be SOL.
Heavily black schools are the places where no teacher wants to go. If they are there, they either have no seniority or pissed someone off.

The white population tends to be aging compared to the black population, which is a few functions.
One, white people tend to have kids in wedlock and have what they can afford. Most non-Asian minorities have them as soon as they can and have a ton of them.
Two, there aren’t nearly as many middle aged or elderly blacks simply because so many get killed between the ages of about 12 and 40, which means a high percentage of their population is either in schools or just out of schools.
Whites and Asians likely have a far more even distribution curb to where the mass of people are middle aged or close to it.
