Military ad banners are pretty much the same way. You would think our military is overwhelmingly "women of color" who happen to be single mothers.

Today's commercials are like the SNL made commercials of the early 1980s. Its laughable that major corporations spend tons of money on these jokes. At one time in the past a car commercial would show you the engine and its' performance in the car they were trying to sell. Now they make car commercials that have dogs driving the car. Clown World.

I'm pretty thankful for DVR and streaming services that don't play commercials. . . I can't say I've watched many commercials in 2 years. Some, and I notice the same thing. It just makes me appreciate the ability to skip over them even more.

This has been going on for approaching a decade now - but in the past two years it has become almost an axiom.
I used to comment that you never ever see a black dude with a garden hose wrapped all around his body because he cannot handle the task of managing anything other than those expandable accordion hose snakes.
Now you cannot even see a white dude driving a car.

I like to play a drinking game. You take a shot everytime the people in an advertisement are straight, white with non-mixed children. I am still waiting to get drunk.

A few years back, someone from Europe or Australia asked me that question, Black percentage of the population, and he was floored when I told him 13%. He couldn't believe it but it is what it is...regardless of the brainwashing subversion you see on the boob tube.

Better yet, find one commercial for Japanese autos that pairs a Japanese female with a black guy, instead of the occasional, now expected white female.

they have them but they're almost always paired with a black wife.
My favorite one was a car commercial where every single one in the car was a different race. God forbid 4 white girls go on a road trip together.
