Vatican abruptly cancels live broadcast of Biden meeting Pope Francis

The Vatican on Thursday canceled a planned live broadcast of the meeting between President Biden and Pope Francis.
The meeting is slated for Friday and the Vatican press office did not provide an explanation for why the broadcast was canceled, the Associated Press reported. The broadcast will now only include the arrival of Biden’s motorcade to the Vatican and a Vatican monsignor greeting him.
The original broadcast was supposed to include live coverage of Francis and Biden greeting each other and the two of them sitting down before starting their private conversation. The Vatican, according to AP, will now provide edited footage of these moments after the fact to the media.
The White House has deferred to the Vatican on questions over media access for the visit.

They may get something passed but just about none of what he sold it on will be part of it.
No infrastructure to “build back better”. No family leave. No student loan forgiveness. No free community college. Etc.
All that will be left is a bunch of huge taxes that will be spent in unaccountable ways.

Being a devout Catholic that really struggles with our current Pope, I HOPE this have to do with Biden's stance on abortion.
He is so vocal on supporting abortion and I just can't see the Pope wanting to be sitting side by side with a Catholic that supports abortion.
It was different when the other Presidents visited who were not Catholic and supported abortion.

he's going because he wants to pope to urge all priest to deny any religious exemption for the vax and then urge the catholic community to get the vax

It can be. But the biggest issue is the lack of leadership from Francis. This is what happens when you place a Jesuit as the pope. The church has survived bad popes in the past and we will survive this one.
