Virginia Dems are now suing USPS stating that over 25k absentee ballots are sitting at postal facilities throughout the commonwealth unprocessed.

Me thinks the internals show McAuliffe is cooked, they know it and are doing everything they can to come up with the magic number. Thing is that it is not a Presidential Election and I think that they are gonna have alot of trouble stealing this. The Dems are shitting themselves right now.

Yeah if the push polls shifted they know they are screwed. If him and Murphy lose the Democrats will go into nuclear meltdown. They know what it means for 22 and 24.

It doesn't say that they know which candidate the votes are for.....but I do wonder just how they know how MANY are missing...

btw there are three locations specified that they're suing over...
Portsmouth(69% for Biden)
Albemarle County(65% for Biden)- This is the county that surrounds Charlottesville. But cities in VA like Charlottesville are considered to be their own county.
James City County(51% for Biden)- South of Richmond just outside of Williamsburg.
I think they'll lose James City County but the other two it definitely makes sense why they'd be pissy.

Biden will sign some E.O and give the USPS money again so they can go collect all the votes from the ballot mail boxes in the cemetery.

Odd because they were fine to be used for the presidential election. I see no issues using precedence, move forward with USPS.

Oh they already know that. Biden won the state by what… 7 points? 6 points? The Dem governors have been cruising to being elected the past few elections.
Now they are slugging it out with someone who is practically unknown?? They can read the tea leaves.
They want this bad because they can’t spin it as good at all if they lose. And they need to hang on to as many governorships as they can to push friendly legislation before the floodgates start opening.

Chipped or isotopes to allow which ballots are theirs so the ones that aren’t could be “lost”
