Truck Stolen from Hotel in Houston

My truck was stolen from a hotel in NW Houston, Texas' version of New Orleans, and shockingly the cameras didn't work.
Now I am having to go through the nightmare of paperwork from the insurance company and start the new truck search when prices couldn't be any higher...
Is there a bigger shithole than Houston???

If its an F150 shut the engine off with the Fordpass app and track its location. That sucks though, forreal.

A truck stolen in a big city. So the city is a shithole. Or…maybe it’s just every city?

My truck got stolen in Dallas and the police found it a week later. Don’t give up hope.

The rental car company having nothing but compact sedans is going to really set you off

There is a very good chance your truck is found fairly soon. There is a not very good chance it is found in good condition.

Did they bust in a window or did you leave your truck unlocked?

I have had 2 customers have their trucks stolen from Dallas one at a hotel one at 6 flags. you would think they would have seen or video would have something. NOTHING.
the trucks have never been recovered.
I work in insurance. I don't think this is going to end well.

We've had 4 trucks broken into in my 3 years with the company. All of them have been at hotels.

They found it full of meth and scrap metal… After a trip to a detailer and body shop, she’s been fine. No way I’m buying a car in this market if I don’t have to.

These vehicle theft rings have been operating in the big cities for many years. What's amazing is law enforcement cant seem to resolve these rings.
