Hampton - Samford
Arnold - Houston
Sanford - UT Arlington
Rice - Unknown
Kaminer - Unknown
Millas - West Virginia

I think that's all of them.

I think we see Crews behind the dish and Tre in the OF.

C - Crews
1B - Berry
2B - Doughty
SS - Thompson
3B - Merrifield
LF - Dugas
CF - Morgan
RF - Drost
DH - Jobert

Just kidding, but that would be an incredible offensive lineup.

Pitching is going to hinge on Reyzelman's ability to get through a line up 3 times.

I'm hoping they are just being cautious with him right now.

Thus far through the 2 weekends of open scrimmages, just about everyone has pitched on the same days (meaning gm 1, 2, & 3) except for Reyzelman who appeared in gm 1 the first week, and very first scrimmage, and then gm 3 the 2nd week. Also, just about all of the "starting" pitchers for each scrimmage have gone 3 innings, while everyone else typically goes 2; however, I believe Reyzelman has only gone 1 inning both times he has pitched.

I know this summer in the Cape as a starter, he typically went at least 4-5 innings, which I assume is normal for up there since they have so many top arms that need to pitch.

We will still be a middle of the pack team IMO.

Best lineup at LSU since 2009. I just don’t see how they arent better than middle of the pack

And I don’t love the pitching but they are going to feature a lot more guys with stuff. It will be noticeable.

Health and conditioning are going to be important for Reyzelman. They're going to have to manage his workload. He's had a few injuries, and he's really not been pitching competitively for very long (he didn't make his high school team until his senior year or something like that).

I’m waiting to see if we can hit top pitching.
Since the vast majority of our position players
were here last year and we were totally inept
against top pitching. I fully believe that this was
a product of the approach that they were coached
to have at the plate.

Huh

Morgan, crews, & Dugas all performed well against good pitching

Berry has hit good pitching

Doughty was conference average

The rest of the lineup outside of Milazzo will either be guys coming into their 2nd season or fresh JUCO players looking to make a jump in play.

Who do you think is going to be in this lineup

Reyzelman pitched 2 innings both outings this fall. Scrimmage #1 first pitcher out of the bullpen; #2 started.

Look for some pitchers to go 4 innings this weekend in scrimmages per coach
You have to slowly build them up
He indicated scrimmages against uno and Ull will be long ones

Legitimate could be the best team in the country.

Calm down and try not to bash the new staff when they drop a midweek game
The pitching is still a work in progress that will ultimately determine how far this team goes

The offense should be lethal and the defense has been better than expected during scrimmages
