Kansas City OC

From New Orleans

Apparently is in consideration for USC job...

Interviewed several times for NFL HC

I don't see it...but thought it was an interesting perspective from the former QB

In the summer, Rohan also said the team was tuned in to the new coaches, the players was listening and learning and the team was going to do great.
Does he really have a clue?

I’m sure Tate will be pushing him too for the same reason which you intentionally left out.

Hopefully Woodward doesn’t make his hiring decision on the same basis as Broomhilda makes hers.

I heard that as well. Very interesting. The guy is running a very nice offense in KC and was previously the RB coach. Being form NOLA helps if he still has contacts.

I think Bieniemy will wait for his NFL head coaching chance.

The obligatory black guy interview

There's a reason why he is continually passed over

I don’t care who ex-players like honestly. I feel like career football guys like Rohan are way too quick to drink the coaching circle good ole boy Kool-Aid and lobby for guys who aren’t actually good. I’ve never heard an ex-player lobby for a relatively unknown guy who wouldn’t be a disaster

Are you implying that Bieniemy is “relatively unknown”?

All the players getting away with rape when he was a coach at Colorado should go over well with our title IX issues.

He also poured a gallon of cold water on Aranda right after. Said Aranda is a great coach and well respected, but that he isn't an SEC coach.

Rohan was also probably really pushing for Orgeron as well a few years back

Who are some of these unknown coaches that we should be looking at?

ETA And would you consider our current coordinators in that group?

Why does everyone talk up Bieniemy but ignore Leftwich?

Also a Super Bowl winning offensive coordinator and has no baggage. Plus backup QB isn't the worst pedigree when you're looking for a head coach.

As a college head coaching candidate? Yes I am. I get that he’s a very good NFL OC but does ESPN mention him in the same vein as Meyer, Saban, Fisher, Riley, etc. when talking about elite HC candidates? No, he’s never been in that conversation for 1000 different reasons, internal, external, whatever.

He would be a bizarre HC hire at a program like LSU

Not like Rohan cares. Not sure why a guy who disgraced the program like Rohan did with the cancer kid money is still brought around as much as he is. We don’t ask Lester Earl for his opinions. The one in real life and the nerd on here.

LSU isn’t in a position to take a chance like this. He could be a great potential coach, but the school needs something more certain.
