Can someone please explain to me the pre cleaning before the maid comes?

Every time the maid comes my wife is running around freaking out about cleaning before the maid comes. Spitting out chores for me to get done so the maid can come the next day. I don’t understand it, we are paying her to clean. Someone please explain this to me. Our house is never messy in the first place.

Depends on what you are cleaning. Are you just picking up your skid marked underwear and other stuff off the floor or are you dusting and vacuuming?

My wife does the same…..fricking…..thing. It’s insane. The bitches don’t even speak English!? And they’ll literally clean anything that’s dirty. Wife is doing the work for them!!?

Our maids have always cleaned not picked up..so anything out of place has to go back before they come.

Because if you don’t wash your bedsheets in advance of the maid’s appointment, the maid may not want to do business with you again.

What do you want to pay the maid to do? Deep clean the house or load your dishwasher? It all pays the same.

I’ve had this happen too and after pressing for a reason she said it was because she didn’t want the maid to think we were slobs

I was thinking of getting a maid and then I looked at my kids' rooms. Where the frick would she start? How would she know what's garbage or not. Poor thing.
