Quote..and I was at the game

"It's not there! Go JoJo..yes yes yes...two two two"

I thought the play was goign to be a corner route to Lafell. I was wrong on that one, but I liked goign for the TD. Only problem was we should have called timeout before the 2 pt try.

Here it is again, now everybody scream!

Look at Hatch on the youtube replay link above. He's clueless to where he is.

Considering he looked like one of the better QBs we've had during that 4th quarter, I wasn't that concerned. Now if he had been in that situation at the start of the 3rd quarter I would have been considerably more nervous.

I thought, YES we are throwing the ball and trying to score a TD. I thought it was a great call.

I sucked my arse up into my stomach, but I'm conservative by nature. Miles is slowly but surely bringing me out of my shell, however.

When I saw where he was throwing, I thought it was picked.

When I saw Lee drop back to pass I was saying no,no,noooooo run the ball....then I thought interception, then I thought go, go, go, TD

Looking back at it, it was a great call, AU needed the td and not just a field goal to beat us. That was huge in the end.

I was pulling for LSU and I wanted them to try to score a TD instead of playing for a field goal. And I agree with what the TV announcers said: Lee placed the ball low and outside so that it wasn't going to be intercepted.

My god how does Miles get credit for Crowton's calls?

Not totally convinced he "placed" it there, so much as it "ended up" there. Not 100% sold on Lee's accuracy yet, but he got the job done, so it's good enough for me.

That developed right in front us. Honestly,it didn't look like that big of a deal as it started--either an incompletion or a 5-6 yd gain.

The angle on TV really looked like it was going to be intercepted. But it wasn't and the rest is history!

Hence my frickKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK

I thought it was game, set, match, right there the second he released because the angles looked like an ironclad interception.

GG, No RM.

Then it wasn't

You could be right. But I think you have to admit:

If you hadn't seen the first half and had never heard of Lee but saw how athletic and fast Auburn's defense is...and you just saw the second half and Lee playing...I think any football fan would've said, "That's a good quarterback."

Agree ... the QB playing in the 2nd half in no way resembled the QB from the first two games, or the guy that threw the Pick-6.
