Gameday Brunch Restaurants

Coming from out of town and since this is 8 PM kick we are thinking of brunch around 10:30 before getting to campus for tailgating. What are some good brunch restaurants? Good food, atmosphere and banging drinks.

City Pork Brasserie on Jefferson. You will not be disappointed!

If you get there [Chimes] when they open you will get a table otherwise there will be a line. And on SEC games like this I believe they open earlier (I want to say 9am) but don't quote me as it has been awhile since I have bit since done that. Just check their FB or call them day before.
Don't get me wrong I still think the correct answer is really just tailgate and make your own brunch.

Walk On's on Burbank if you can get there early. The lot attached to them is starting to charge $40+ for parking on gamedays now.
Chimes on Highland which is a stone's throw from campus. Classic spot for food and alcohol selection.
Overpass Merchant which is just over 2 miles from LSU. Great cocktails with a couple TVs to watch early morning games.
Superior Grill on Highland is a little further out, but it's a popular local spot with above average Mexican food and an Everclear-infused margarita that will put you on your arse.
All places mentioned are very popular local spots for LSU fans.

Five sev sev. Couldn’t beat that $5.77 back in the day for the buffet.
