Kids thrown off a bridge in Shreveport.

Three siblings thrown out of a car off the cross lake bridge in Shreveport. One deceased, one in the hospital and searching for the last one.

What kind of monster would do this? surely someone saw. I would spend the rest of my life in prison if I could find the responsible person and throw them off the Mississippi River bridge at Baton Rouge!!
