This is society’s cause. These young men receiving free college do not have any educational opportunities. Since they were born in 2002, they faced tremendous adversity due to the Jim Crow South’s horrendous treatment of blacks in the 21st century

Might as well just do away with the college part. Having these guys play on their phone in sociology class is a waste of everyone’s time.
