And Blumenthal shuffled through papers while Maroney was testifying. He can't even look at the young lady who is braver than he lied about being in Vietnam. He is a disgusting scumbug and is part of the problem. He and his ilk don't give a shite about this country. They just want to keep a grip on power, control and the financial enrichment that goes with it.

Actually been impressed with Horowitz, as his team actually caught the agents in their lies, and their falsified reports. The Justice Dept not prosecuting their crimes, are the problems

Indeed. I was impressed by her testimony. I don’t know how these young ladies maintained such composure when talking about such an emotional subject. Hats off to them.
All I can say is if I was a senator at that hearing it would have been really hard to not be banging on the desk demanding these agents be dragged in by their ankles to answer for their crimes.

FBI involvement in the Nassar stuff wasn't too far removed from their spiking of the Epstein Florida pedo case. Makes me wonder how much 'pizza' they eat.

It will take considerably more to convince that those "recommendations" Horowitz made to the DOJ for further actions to be taken weren't made with the personal confidence - whether intuitively or actually made up beforehand between them - that Barr would either ignore, or outright refuse them.
It would give the American people the false impression that somebody, somewhere was trying to get something done, which would remove the heat from Horowitz who was singularly responsible for the report itself.
Everything about Barr smacks of his having always considered himself above accountability and ethics, so he wasn't moved or concerned at all.
Up there it's all about MI5, MI6 Tavistock-style black ops pretense, theater and deception.
Never present anything as it seems to be.
