Mandatory weekly Covid testing at my job for us non-vaccinated swine. If my septum isn't deviated by the end of the year, it will be a miracle.

I'm thinking of just skipping out and seeing what happens. This is America, right?

Make them fire you. When it's struck down by SCOTUS, the company will need to defend itself in court.

Can we stop using the phrase "and so it begins"?

It's already begun, its just continuing a this point.

What type of job? Are you going into work?

I'm very curious how workplaces like mine where people are working from home may be lumped into this.

I mean, really, test weekly and send to HR, when I never make contact with another employee at all? And by the way, I'm not on their insurance plan.

Don't do the tests. Make them fire you if they want to go down that road.

If no one wants to make the tough choice and potential sacrifices, then America is done. I'm on month 6 of refusing our companys mandatory weekly testing and I'm still here.

Oddly enough, business owner who will not be enforcing any mandate.

Lucky you. My employer requires weekly testing (on-site) for all employees regardless of vaccination status.

Tell them the CDC has already announced that the tests are to be discontinued Dec. 31st, and replaced.

Current tests aren't accurate enough. So they shouldnt base employment decisions on them. tell them you would rather wait until Jan 1st, when the more accurate tests are released.

I’ll be sending in blanks. My healthcare is none of their business.
