I love how college football has now totally dismissed that piece of crap.

What’s become quite apparent is the vaccinated are now the super spreaders, that’s why the CDC and Whispering Joe want mandatory vaccination.

It’s so very clearly divided of the group that’s like frick fauci/frick Covid and we’ll do what we want now thanks
And then the group who don’t want anyone to have fun and everyone must be miserable and vaxx passports to go to the gym or Kroger

Cut off too early...did he continue to say they should still get vaccinated?

Fauci should be crucified. I'm dead serious.

Everybody keeps spelling his name wrong. It is spelled FraudXi

How do you not have a firm answer? It’s been over a year and a half. Billions are flowing into the cdc. What the frick are they doing? Why should natural immunity be any different than say…something like the flu or a cold?

Gupta was referring to a study from Israel about natural immunity from COVID:
In Israel, vaccinated individuals had 27 times higher risk of symptomatic COVID infection compared to those with natural immunity from prior COVID disease [95%CI:13-57, adjusted for time of vaccine/disease].
No COVID deaths in either group.

Fauci explained that it is possible that natural immunity from previous COVID-19 infection only provides temporary protection from viral infection.

This answer is misleading. The Israeli researchers specifically addressed the durability of natural immunity compared to vaccine immunity, writing that their study demonstrated “natural immunity confers longer lasting and stronger protection against infection, symptomatic disease and hospitalization caused by the Delta variant” than does the two-dose Pfizer vaccine.

They are trying this shite in Germany now. The news outlets were saying that people who have Covid and recovered are better protected than having the vaccination same as our doctor. At venues with over a certain amount of people you need a vaccination, negative test, or a paper showing you have antibodies. My wife had Covid and recovered and had a number of 149. Now apparently they are saying oh it is an expiration date of 6 months from when you took the antibodies test and you must get shot after 6 months. It makes no sense and our doctor is trying to get clarification on this change cause she said it makes no sense. There is a global agenda to make people take this and for many it is unnecessary.

"I dont have a firm answer on that."
Nothing about Fauci is firm.
Nothing about Fauci is firm.

Just curious what's the rest of his answer before it's cut off

Aren't those who've been vaccinated + had COVID even less at risk than those who've just had COVID alone?
I read a study that argued that the vaccine provided increased protection to those who'd already had COVID in the first place.

As conservatives we should be doing whatever we can to doubly protect ourselves. You have stop losses in your portfolio, consider this the same.
Two small pricks, easy peazy. Roll up your sleeve, sit criss-cross-apple-sauce, and let that fast-tracked orange serum enter your body just like you do with alcohol, fast-food, and copious amounts of fried seafood.

This is not a difficult concept. I’ll explain it in laymen’s terms:
You can get COVID-19 multiple times. The vaccine doesn’t prevent it, it just helps your immune system to recognize it and fight it. The vaccine helps your body produce antibodies. Basically if you have been vaccinated and you get the virus, you are less likely to die from it.
Said another way, if you get COVID-19 and you have been vaccinated, it will help you.

The CDC’s website explaining how Wuhan vaccines work gives a pretty basic explanation on natural immunity to virus. Fauci’s agency probably has similar. The only thing they always add is not knowing how long, but the same can be said for vaccines to a greater extent especially with broad long term t-cell immunity.
I know it’s possible that people think they had it and didn’t, may have had positive result that just detected a fragment with a test that went out to a 35 to 40 cycle threshold, or may have had it while not having a strong immunity response to develop strong natural immunity, but there are tests that can be used to measure response. Some of these are or were probably used to measure response to vaccines.
Wuhan vaccine mandates for activities, entering places/events, or for work bother me even more when they don’t include recent qualitative antibody results or even the 90 days from prior confirmed positive.

The first time a person is infected with the virus that causes COVID-19, it can take several days or weeks for their body to make and use all the germ-fighting tools needed to get over the infection. After the infection, the person’s immune system remembers what it learned about how to protect the body against that disease.
The body keeps a few T-lymphocytes, called “memory cells,” that go into action quickly if the body encounters the same virus again. When the familiar antigens are detected, B-lymphocytes produce antibodies to attack them. Experts are still learning how long these memory cells protect a person against the virus that causes COVID-19.
