3rd OC in 3 years
3rd DC in 3 years
Road game vs UCLA who returned 20 starters, a senior QB, and who had the luxury of a tune up game
Team displaced for a week to Houston due to Hurricane Ida: a huge upheaval in their routine.

..and you guys just expected to roll into last week’s game and win by 4 TDs?

UCLA isn’t Mississippi State and this team will be much better this year than what you are currently thinking.

Glad to see this word is back. It's fitting since the Tigers are negative in the win column since the title game.

You forgot to add a backup QB making his 3rd start

Orgeron has been here since 2017. Who's fault is it that he doesn't have experienced backups?

It wouldn’t have mattered if we had a tuneup game before UCLA and the team didn’t have to evac to Houston.

Didn't stop Tulane from giving Oklahoma all they could handle. Last year it was covid, this year it's hurricane.

Poor 0 just can't catch a break!

Ah yeah…it’s freaking UCLA. LSU “should” make them their punk b—ch, but it was other way around

It's not WHAT happened, it's HOW it happened.

It was the same issues as last year poor blocking, uncreative running game, missed assignments, miscommunications, poor tackling.

Hopefully you are right and they get it all figured out but it looks like it's the same team as last year.

I mean, the QB room was a 5th year senior, two 2nd year qb’s with starting experience, and a very talented true freshman. That’s a pretty good group to go into spring with.

I’m not gonna blame o for not keeping the 4th best qb and allowing him the transfer and then the 5th year senior breaking his arm at a fricking fishing camp because apparently he can’t walk in flip flops.

seems like an indictment of the head coach actually.

reminds me of boise st vs uga about 10 years ago.

well coached and much more mature, physically and mentally.

it's not as if 3 star recruits are scrubs, especially if they've been in a system for 3 - 4 years and their position is on the line of scrimmage.

I wish the director I report to just accepted excuses like that.

Not to mention they were mostly 4 and 5 year transfers with tons of playing experience...
