Emptied fridge before we lost power. Got power back today, but fridge has bad odor. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I mean what are you really asking here? I guess you clean it really good maybe put some baking soda in it and if that doesn’t work get rid of it and buy another one. That’s about all you can do

My mother used to do this to get rid of odors:
Place a slice of white bread (it must be white bread) in a bowl and cover bread with vinegar. Leave the bowl in the musty area for 24 hours. The yeast action in the bread combines with the acid values of the vinegar to absorb the odor.

My icemaker must have leaked. I cleaned my whole fridge out and it still smelled.
I had to pull out the big drawer that goes across the whole fridge.
There was a whole towel worth of disgusting water just sitting down there...I couldn't see it at first because it was under that drawer.

Put a bag of charcoal in it and let it run for a few days

Loosely ball up newspaper and fill it. Run it like that and it will remove smell. Charcoal also.

Curious… did you close it or leave it open after emptying? I’ve always propped them open for the duration of the power outage.

Smear a tube of toothpaste inside of it and leave it for a week or so. Dead serious, it works for ice chests as well.

Toothpaste also work as a hand cleaner. Removes all smells from your hands. Even fish smells.

I took mine outside, sprayed it out with a hose, and tipped it to drain it out. Then sprayed the shite out of it with lysol & let it sit for an hour or so. Hosed it out again, and left it propped open with a box fan blowing in it overnight to help it dry out. Didn't smell a thing the next day

I did not want to leave it open in case the power came back on while I was out of town. Guess I could’ve unplugged it but in our house it say real pain to get to the plug

The yeast action in the bread
What yeast action in the bread? Bread gets cooked to ~200F and yeast dies around 140F. There is no "yeast action" in a loaf of baked bread.

I had a similar problem after Laura. I kept a refrigerator running with generator. But after a few days, I emptied it out and cleaned the refrigerator in garage so I did not have to swap around what I kept running. Every few days, I ran it a couple of hours to keep it from setting up.
But after 3 weeks, the freezer only got "cool" and I thought I has lost it..... it was 31 years old. A week later we got power. I checked to freezer the next day and it was very cold, but had a bad smell.
All the surfaces were clean, so I took off the freezer bottom plastic part. This part and "vent" holes behind the front ridge. So when I cleaned it, I scrapped the "gunk" to the front and some of the gunk went under the plastic bottom.
After removing the bottom piece, there was styrofoam insulation. I cleaned it a couple of times, but it still smelled. I then sprinkled coffee all over the "dirty" area. I cleaned up the coffee the next day and it was much better, but stilled smelled some so I put more coffee on it. Two days later, no more smell and I put it back together. Now a year later, that refrigerator is still running.
