This. I don't know how good Johnson is, but I know he ain't as bad as he looked last night. Our offensive line somehow regressed from last year. They were getting their shite pushed in deep on every single play. I can accept that for the first series or two, but they never once felt like a middle of the road SEC OL. They just looked like shite all night.
Defensive line was the same story, but that's another thread. After this year, at least being called the worst defense in LSU history is something the 2020 team will no longer have to deal with.

I've been really disappointed in Stingley and his lack of effort and attitude last year and late in the game yesterday.

The only bright spot I saw on the oline was Turner. He played RT and LT a few times and actually played alright.
The darkest, shittiest shite stained spot I saw on the line was Shanahan. This guy is a 6th year senior or some shite with 2 years in the program and he is still getting knocked on his arse repeatedly. We absolutely cannot run the ball up the middle because of him and it still looks like he is having trouble calling out blitzes. One of the blitzes on the 2nd possession I think I watched our center and 2 guards block NOBODY while 3 dudes ran untouched to Johnson...

Until we are dominating at both sides of the los, we have nothing but bullshite speculation.
Max did well under the gun like he was. Yes he missed a couple passes and had the happy feet going but he I'll take him going forward. LEAVE MAX OUT OF ANY ROOT CAUSE FOR THIS LOSS. DOMINATION AT THE LOS MUST HAPPEN.
