Could a 90s Super Bowl team beat a Super Bowl team from the last 10 years?

What about a modern college champion like Bama?

Which rules we playing under?

The 93 Cowboys would definitely beat the weaker Super Bowl teams this past decade, and Alabama couldn’t touch them

Yes but they're not made ideal since most are probably putting some lumbering LBs and safeties out there.
Yes easily. Reggie White would give them kids concussions batting them out the way.

Modern Rules. I don't think a 90s team could keep up speed-wise.
90s rules. I could see some of the 90s teams blowing up the modern teams and ringing their bells and maybe some concussions. The speed still might be their downfall. they were great football players.

Cowboys at their peak
Young/Deion 49ers
They’d murder Peyton’s Broncos, at minimum.
Edit: Flacco and the Ravens too

Both the early 90s Cowboys and early 90s 49ers could.
Could you imagine now defenders not being allowed hardly lay a finger on Aikman & Irvin, or Young & Rice?

Alabama could beat the Texans

Your assumptions are correct. Different athletes for each era. I am sure there is a Lawerance Taylor type guy driving a forklift somewhere today because the NFL doesn't want real head hunters cruising modern defenses.

Lions right after cut downs—maybe.

The ‘93 Cowboys had 5 players on their roster heavier than 300 pounds.
They would get their shite kicked in. That was a completely different era of athletic evolution.

They probably wouldn't even score.

Everyone in this thread so far is correct. Whichever set of rules they played under would dictate the winner.
The 90's team would of course try to bash heads in across the middle, decapitate receivers and maul them up and down the field, and suplex quarterbacks. They would get a penalty every single snap on defense in today's rules. In the same vein, the modern team under 90's rules wouldn't be able to handle the physicality or violence. The modern passing concepts would have the present day team running circles around the defense. But again, if 90's rules were applied the linebackers would simply murder the smaller receivers cutting across the middle.

Possibly, but they would be the underdog across the board.

They would all smoke Alabama.
