Does anyone believe Looting will be charged as felony?

Everyone is pushing this to prevent the looting, but I am less than 1% convinced that will even happen in today's world.
I hope it's not a free for all, but I fear by tomorrow morning it will be chaos.

Been clamoring for a long time on this and how looters will be charged and here we are...again. Looting of businesses that are worthless in a hurricane, but useful weeks later. Thieves!
