Proof the FDA reads this board. There goes the last line of defense

Does this include the booster?

I have no problem whatsoever with someone who doesn’t want a vaccine that’s under an emergency authorization. But once it’s gotten full FDA approval, and now the feds and the pharm companies are on the hook legally, I no longer get the hesitancy.

The height of irony is all of these small government “conservatives” whining about wanting more gov red tape and the ability to hire a Plaintiff’s attorney if need be.

How did they get that approved so quick

Even so, once they’re willing to be liable for the shot that tells me they’ve looked at this thing every which way and it’s as good to go as you can be.

Just moves from CICP to VICP which has given vaccine companies close to full immunity since 1988, just a type of useful tort reform like Workers Comp.

Eh. I dont want govt involved at all.
If it is a good vaccine, then common sense says people will take it and the pharm company has no worries about proving it is safe

Expedited review so they jumped to the front of the line and more data played out in public view than any other vaccine trial ever. The FDA has been watching closely since the beginning.

Geez must be nice to hold zero liability when making hundreds of billions of dollars.

Still will not take the jab

My understanding is approvals usually take a long time because it takes a long time to get volunteers and the necessary data, not to mention your shite is probably in a pile with other shite at the FDA.
Not a problem when it comes to COVID.

I only drink Diet Mt Dew that should be enough for me and mine

The same people that are whining about liability have zero clue they’re basically powerless to hold doctors and hospitals accountable already (especially in Texas and LA).

Doesn’t mean a whole lot to me that some government agency is being pressured into rubber stamping something quickly.

You act like the FDA is some infallible institution. Hesitancy can encompass many other factors aside from FDA approval. A quick look at the FDA “food pyramid” tells me all I need to know about their competence when it comes to health.
