fwiw...day 10 of having covid.

Symptoms almost gone now. For me, It was a mild flu.

I have been taking Melatonin 5-10mg every night anyway for years prior to infection. So it was business as usual for me.

Also for any black folks on here, you tend to be low in Vitamin D, So load up in that.

I've know people to take 15 - 20k IU for over a year, so if I was black I would load up for about two weeks and then drop down to 5 or 10 IU.

The two combined should even the odds.

No wonder I'm having trouble finding it. I've been taking it for years. 10mg is the max that will be effective for anyone. Anything else is overdoing it and a waste.
