If you were to piece together a movie anthology that represented WW1-WW2 era, what movies/series would you add, and in what order? The movies/series chosen are mainly to represent certain aspects of the war, as well as to carry on the timeline. Sort of like a Binge movie list. Feel free to add/rearrange.

In order...

1917
The King's Speech
Conspiracy
Schindlers List
Darkest Hour
Dunkirk
Enemy at the Gates
Greyhound
Das Boot
Saving Private Ryan
U-571
Fury
Valkyrie
Band of Brothers
Downfall
The Pacific
Hacksaw Ridge

Almost feel like you have to add Winds of War even though it was just a mini-series.

Run Silent Run Deep
The Bridge at Remagen
The Longest Day
Windtalkers

Edit: I think Remagen was part of Band of Brothers so that may be redundant.

Same for The Longest Day.

Von Ryan's Express is one to put close to the end of WWII in Europe.

IMDb

ETA:

Need to add these:

Patton (1970) IMDbThe actual speech that GS Patton gave, that starts the movie, was in 1944. Cover multiple years.

The Guns of Navarone (1961) IMDb One mission, set in 1942.

Tora! Tora! Tora! (1970) IMDb Starts days before Dec 7, 1942 (Pearl Harbor)

McArthur (1977) IMDb Covers from McArthur leaving his troops at The Phillipines, to the Japanese signing surrender papers, to a little bit of him being called back for the Korean War.

The Blue Max (1966) IMDb An English WWI movie about German fighter pilots. Has dogfights, and lots of men in the squad interacting, but a love triangle too.

It seemed like Battleground was on the tv a lot when I was growing up. It was about the Battle of the Bulge and included Ricardo Montalban in the cast. A sentimental favorite.
