Is gofundme reliable

My girlfriends car blew an engine and she’s been trying to get one from a dealership but doesn’t make enough money to qualify. She is a 2 time cancer survivor and can’t work because of health problems. she has been skipping her drs appointments and just really depressed. I can’t help her financially because im on disability and got to pay my bills. Im to the point of calling st. Vincent de Paul to see if I can get her on a list for a car. Any advice would be helpful

Talk to a church.
If I was rich, or even more organized and energetic, I'd start some kind of foundation that gave away vehicles. It is almost impossible to make it without one.
But I'm not any of those things.
But seriously, talk to a church and see if they can help you.

I know this is just a hack alter Nymera and pony show but Uber may be cheaper than car owner ship. When the interest and insurance is factored in.
