Ruthless? Cartels by far. But I think the Taliban would win. Cartels haven’t fought super powers yet.

Mexicans. They are more innovative.

Lol the Mexicans are money driven like the bitch arse Afghans we were supposedly training. Taliban would sweep through that shite like Afghanistan. Driven by ideology vs driven by money is no contest.

Anyone remember Deadliest Warrior on Spike? This would make a great episode.

Cartels are more ruthless and creative in the ways they will kill you. But the Taliban would win in an all out war. Their idealism is a lot stronger than the Mexican greed.

Where are they fighting? Afghanistan, Mexico, or neutral location. Cartel has billions but taliban is scrappy. Need more information before setting the line

Maybe I’m confusing my Islamic terrorist groups but didn’t the taliban burn people alive and behead them with steak knives?

I have no idea which group has more numbers or arms but I would think the cartels would have more money.

I'm sure they've done some purely evil shite, but ISIS were the ones with the slick production in their execution videos.

I've seen the cartel video where they basically flayed the guy and opened his chest where he could see his own heart beating...while his son was forced to sit beside him and watch. The cartels win the brutality matchup hands down.

Once the money is gone that cartel would fold like a cheap suit. The Taliban is driven by religious principles.

Probably ISIS or Al-Queada you're thinking of. Typically, Taliban doesn't go after civilians also, granted, I believe that's maybe changed over the years, not sure though.

I think this is a game where home field advantage could make all the difference. If we drop the cartel in Afghanistan, Taliban all day. In Mexico, might be a different story. Neutral field...I'm going Cartel. However, this a a game I'd pay a lot to watch.

I’m going with Taliban on this one. Other countries have been trying for centuries to take Afghanistan without success.
