I took this bet 3 months ago at this line thinking it would jump anywhere to 7-10 LSU. Anyone surprised that it hasnt moved at all?

I see the ML is -192. Doubling down now while I still can.

Waiting until camp is over before I bet. You can bet someone will get injured in camp, always does.

I was surprised it did not move after Brennan news.

No expect it to stay here and maybe go up 1 point.

I think Vegas already had Max figured as the starter back when they set the line.

UCLA’s big disadvantage could be injured or banged up players from their opener. I’ll bet LSU.

They doubt Ed O. They think he got lucky and caught lightning in a bottle. They can't believe someone that looks and talks like he does can be that smart. As they believe he got lucky in 2019 and that 2020 is more the norm. And never mind the fact Ed O's recruiting has finished in the top-five for the past three seasons on a row.

This might be the easiest money I’ve ever made

If we only beat UCLA by 3-4 points we have problems

Not to mention huge talent disadvantage. Their only advantage is that they play a game before they play LSU. I could see LSU having first game issues and only leading by 10 as the clock winds down and who knows what happens in garbage time...

i grabbed LSU -3 in NJ. theyre going to roll UCLA it is a stupid line just like Miami -3/3.5 was in 2018. they always discount Ed O which is great for value. switch LSU into georgia uniforms with kirby as coach(a much worse game day coach)and this line is -14. its all good though, itll be me at the window midnight EST collecting.

UCLA brings back even more than we do and they were a good bit better than their record last year indicates.

It will be a tough game, ultimately they won’t be able to handle the waves we’re going to throw at them, especially on the front seven, but people expecting us to walk them over are going to be disappointed.

I don't think Vegas underestimates Orgeron as a recruiter.
They just don't think he's much of a HC otherwise.
His peers(coaches poll) seem to adopt a view that he has a team that should be ranked 10-15 in the nation.
Sounds about right.

I think the line is going to stay relatively low based on last year's performance (especially defensively). Odds Shark projects a UCLA win.

Take LSU -6 for more money.

Without injuries LSU should win by at least 10 imo

I agree. Tease it up a bit. LSU is gonna hang 40 and UCLA might put up 20
