in case you want to read all the info around that. no could even explain what the data was. Twitter
there were IPs from some traffic on a chinesse network. there is also a link to github where you can see some of the small files.

How fricking dumb are you? Stop posting, you're idiocy is embarrassing those of us hoping this thing is legitimate.
Anyone can type up a list of IPs designated to a given country and put it in a PDF, spreadsheet or .doc file. All you need is some Google.
