This seems pretty broad. How could this be applied?
Are we going to let this kind of overreach happen in St Tammany?

Louisiana grants county (parish) commissioners (presidents) the ability to issue executive orders?

Pretty sure that’s not gonna fly in St. Tammany for a number of reasons

Time to get this guy out.

I’m pretty freaking positive that he has 0% legal ability to claim control over private property.
That’s why we don’t live under a king. We may be jacked up but he can’t control private property

Surprised he didn't add Droit du seigneur ('lord's right') to bang your wives.

So now we have glorified mayors issuing Executive Orders?
We're so fricked.

Government should have no control over private property.

So if lived in St Tammany and I was hosting an outside/inside BBQ or party.....he's trying to tell me he has the right to enter my prpoerty and demand that everyone wear a mask...in my house???
yeah....I'd like to see the look on the cops face when I tell him to go frick himself

Whether or not this executive order allowing him to assume total control of private property is legal or not, I voted for him last election but will not be voting for him again. 1- to release an order stating that he can assume control of my property is a massive overreach of power and 2- even if the intent was not extreme, not to paint more context in the verbiage or a separate release for the public to understand is a total failure of authority.

I issued a similar order that allows me to take control of all of Jefferson Parish earlier today.
