don’t think you’re grasping the difference between directly giving personal money for something (a facility) and giving cash from their company funds to multiple players on a consistent basis that may never contribute anything to LSU.

There isn’t a difference. They want LSU to win & will do anything necessary

Much less getting a commitment to do so when they’re still a recruit, which sounds like what it will take in this new era. Not to mention that someone (legally can’t be LSU) has to organize all of this.

Ncaa law says no one can legally offer anything in recruiting. It’s still going to happen (as it already has, forever).

Why would anyone want to bring any unwanted attention and risk with their company? A lot of people aren’t going to want to shite where they eat.

That doesn’t even make sense. A guy like Richard lipsey got the AD fired & the president out because he didn’t like how they handled will Wade. Old baw Lipsey wasn’t even sure if Wade was going to get hammered by the ncaa or not these people have duck tales money & do not give a frick & if it wasn’t for compliance they’d be running roughshod.

I’m trying to understand your position. You think that LSU boosters are going to circumvent the system completely and pay or promise to pay recruits with personal funds?
