That's so sad.
To commit suicide you have to be hurting terribly. To die without any hope and alone is a terrible thing. I hope they found peace somehow.

As we've been saying all along, this falls more into the "mental illness" category. You cannot fabricate a real, true biological sex organ during surgery. It's simply impossible regardless of what your brain tells you. A lot of people need organs to actually stay a live. The organ you want is low priority. If we could make organs that easy the world would be a much different place.
Of course his privates looked like shite, all they did was mutilate his penis. He had no ovaries, or eggs, and he couldnt menstruate or have children.

The narrative that you would be fine if you only looked the way you felt... or society accepted you the way you think of yourself is a false prophecy.
God made all of us the way we are. And there is nothing wrong with us.
We need to be ok being however we are. And mangling our genitalia may not resolve the issues.
Or, we need to get support and help when we have identity issues.
I don't know where this he/she/xim/xhe shite came from, but it isn't the answer.
